Visual Requirements

We’re looking for commercial quality, professionally produced content. This includes, but is not limited to, content captured with a high quality camera (no digital point and shoots), clean lens, sharp focus, professional lighting and exposure, professional frame composition, and proper post-production and compression. Refer to the section below for a full list of potential rejection reasons related to quality.

Do Not

  • Embed your own watermark or copyright onto your content. We encode your content with our own watermark upon submission.

  • Submit the same content in multiple formats or resolutions. For example, 4K footage will be automatically encoded into an additional 1920x1080 HD version so there is no need to upload both the 4K and HD resolution.

  • Include audio in your content, unless it is: Sound whose source is visible on screen or which is implied to be present by the action on the screen (diegetic) Free of noise, peaking, or any other technical element that detracts from its quality Free of copyrighted material, such as recognizable voices or music tracks

  • In most cases, content containing audio will not be accepted.

Technical Requirements

All of the content you upload must meet the following technical criteria.

Footage Requirements

  • HD footage must be submitted as an MOV file.

  • 4K footage may be submitted as an MOV, MP4, or raw R3D file. We also accept a zip file that contains a R3D and RMD sidecar. Note: if you upload an R3D file, you do not need to upload an MOV proxy in conjunction. We are able to encode the raw R3D into all necessary formats.
