Q: What types of video can I submit?
A: At this time, only vertical footage can be submitted. Vertical motion backgrounds and templates submitted will be auto-rejected.
Q: What resolutions should I submit for vertical video content?
A: You can submit vertical video content in the following resolutions:
720 x 1280 (HD)
1080 x 1920 (HD)
2160 x 3840 (4K)
2160 x 4096 (4K)
2304 x 4096 (4K)
Q: Can I submit the same footage in both standard and vertical resolutions?
A: If the footage was originally shot in both vertical and horizontal formats, it is fine to submit both if the vertical version offers something unique or intentional in its framing or context. We want to avoid resizing or cropping existing 16:9 footage into vertical sizing and reuploading as this does not add value for customers. Our recommendation is to focus on creating new, fresh vertical content that is designed specifically for that format. We reserve the right to remove duplicate or near-duplicate content if it does not add meaningful value to the library.
