For CID earnings during the period January 1 to March 31, payment to you for your share of revenue shall be included in your payout on September 15th.

For CID earnings during the period April 1 to June 30, payment to you for your share of revenue shall be included in your payout on December 15th.

For CID earnings during the period July 1 to September 30 payment to you for your share of revenue shall be included in your payout on March 15th.

For CID earnings during the period October 1 to December 31, payment to you for your share of revenue shall be included in your payout on June 15th.
